The median Agent-Asssisted Home in 2021 sold for $318,000🙌
Where as the median For Sale By Owner Home sold for only $260,000😲

Of the 7% of sellers who do go the For Sale By Owner route 57% of the sellers knew the buyer of the home - meaning only 43% of that 7% actually marketed the home correctly enough to find a buyer themselves.
Oh yeah and in the VAST MAJORITY of those cases there was still an agent involved representing the buyer! Because if you want to have a fighting chance as a buyer in todays market you practically MUST have a good agent representing you!🤷♂️
And even if they did find the buyer - HOW DO YOU KNOW IT WAS THE BEST BUYER WITH THE BEST TERMS AT THE BEST PRICE?
You don't! And you will always have to ask yourself "What if you had made sure it was done correctly?"
I know it seems easy - especially with everything you see online, on the media, and from what you hear about the market - BUT THIS IS NOT A DO IT YOURSELF JOB!!
👉You are statistically going to lose TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS if you choose to do this yourself.🤷♂️
And as someone who is immersed in the Shoals Area real estate market EVERYDAY - I can tell you from personal experience I have never once see a private seller come out ahead MORE THAT I THINK THEY WOULD HAVE if they had a good agent representing them.🙏
